Return Policy

Defective Product Returns

Customers may return most Defective Products directly to XinerQi within fifteen (15) days of the placement of the original order. They may choose to apply the cost of any approved return as a refund or exchange it for a new product or use it as store credit. We will cover return shipping if the product arrives incorrect from the original order or is damaged. If the customer does not contact the XinerQi within the allotted time (15 days from original purchase), XinerQi reserves the right to decline returns from then on. If an item is out of stock or no longer available, the customer will be issued a refund or store credit for the product.

Non-Defective Product Returns

Customers may return most non-defective Products directly to Seller within 30 days of the placement of the original order.  They may choose to apply the cost of any approved return to an exchange or use it as store credit. In addition, XinerQi will charge a minimum fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee for returns that are accepted.

*All Products MUST BE returned one hundred percent (100%) complete, including all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, and other possible accessories provided by the manufacturer. All products must be in marketable condition which includes but is not limited to the list below.

-Products are unopened and unused

-Packaging, labels and security tags have not been damaged or altered.

-Products must be in the condition in which it was shipped from XinerQi HQ, Las Vegas, NV.

Product Returns Procedure

In order to obtain a refund for returned products, customers must comply with these procedures

  • Prior to the return of the product, an approval for the return must be obtained through a valid XinerQi HQ Representative in writing. The customer will then receive a return authorization which must be included in the returned package.

  • For Approved returns:
  • List purchasers name on the outside of the return shipment
  • Include a copy of the return authorization form inside return shipment
  • Include a note indicating if you would like a refundproduct credit, or exchange
  • For an exchange, please also list the items you would like to exchange for
  • Return the package in a way that is able to be tracked (recommended) 

Responsibility for Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping non-defective returned items; Seller is responsible for the cost of shipping replacements or exchanges of returned items and will match Customer’s shipping method.


Any credit issued by Seller to Customer under this return policy must be used within two (2) years from the date that the credit was issued and may only be used for future purchases of Product and/or Services. Any credit or portion thereof not used within the two (2) year period will automatically expire.

Please Note

*XinerQi reserves the right to refuse the return of incomplete Products of original purchase.

*Refunds, exchanges, and store credit are available only for previous purchases made through or through a valid XinerQi Representative.

*Please note that International shipping charges, customs fees, or taxes are not eligible for refund.

*Promotional items or samples are not eligible for return or credit.

*The Company may charge a $12.00 fee for shipments that are refused at the point of delivery and returned to the Company.
